Rebecca Diamond is an AANP and SAMSA certified nurse practitioner in New Hampshire who specializes in Family Medicine, Addiction Treatment and MAT (Medication Assisted Therapy).
She offers telehealth services to residents of New Hampshire with a focus on judgement free, wellness centered care.

Our approach integrates evidence-based medication and practices to reduce harm, promote recovery, and enhance long-term health outcomes. This is done by fostering a patient-centered environment built on respect, trust, and empathy.
Vision
Our goal is to help as many people as possible by creating more access for individuals who need MAT (medication-assisted treatment) as we work to expand to encompass primary care and mental health services, creating an overarching practice where we’re able to offer our patients the comprehensive care they need.
